Hi, I'm Holly!

I'm so glad you're here! I look forward to sharing my passion for movement with you.  

Making lifestyle changes can be both exciting and overwhelming. We will work together to define your health and fitness goals and create a realistic plan to achieve those goals. Whether you want to begin a regular exercise program for the first time, exercise safely for a healthy pregnancy, or return to exercise postpartum, I am here to guide you through the process for long-term, sustainable lifestyle change.

 

When I’m not training clients and writing programs, you can probably find me outside! One of the biggest reasons I train is to feel strong and capable of doing the activities I love the most, hopefully for a lifetime! From wake surfing and paddle boarding to hiking and camping, if it involves sunshine, fresh air, and nature count me in! I like to unwind with a book and snuggles from my cat (fur child), Edgar Allan Paws. 


 

Credentials

 

Holly has an M.S of Lifestyle Health Sciences and Coaching from UNTHSC and a B.S. in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Bastyr University. She is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist with six years of experience applying her knowledge in a personal health and fitness setting. Holly is also a Certified Pre- & Postnatal Coach through the Girls Gone Strong Academy, a title she is especially proud of. Holly holds a current CPR/AED certification.
