Train solo or bring a friend and double the fun! Holly's comprehensive programming provides structure, motivation, and accountability to help you move toward your health and fitness goals. Components of your training session may include flexibility, mobility, strength training, and/or cardiorespiratory training, depending on your unique health and fitness goals.

In-person training is offered in a gym setting at Greater Than Performance and Rehab in Dallas, TX. A $60 monthly facility membership fee applies. Training packages of 8 or 12 sessions receive a discount of $5/session.

Get moving toward your goals with 4-week blocks of truly personalized exercise programming and habit-based nutrition coaching, available to you when and where you need it via our online training platform and easy to use app. This package includes a monthly 30-minute phone, virtual (Zoom), or in-person check-in session to evaluate progress and prepare for the next phase of training.
